• This license is granted per user. The duration of the license is lifetime.
• You may not modify, reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the extension.
• You may not resell, sublicense, rent, or distribute Utab to any third party.

3. Payments and Refunds

• Payments are processed securely via our payment provider. By purchasing a license, you agree to their terms of service.
• Refund Policy: We offer a 14-day money-back guarantee. If you are not satisfied, contact us within 14 days of purchase for a full refund.
• Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.

4. Intellectual Property

• Utab, including its code, design, and branding, is the intellectual property of Utab and is protected by copyright laws.
• You retain all rights to your own data and browsing activity. We do not claim ownership over any content you access using Utab.

5. Product Scope and Limitations

• Utab is a Chrome extension providing keyboard-based tab jumping, visual overlays, and search.
• Due to browser security restrictions, Utab cannot operate on certain pages, including Chrome Web Store pages, chrome:// URLs, and empty new tabs unless explicitly overridden.
• The current version of Utab redirects the default new tab page to Google.

6. Disclaimer of Warranties

• Utab is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis.
• We disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose, merchantability, and non-infringement.
• We do not guarantee that Utab will be error-free, entirely secure, or compatible with all future browser updates.

7. Limitation of Liability

• To the maximum extent permitted by law, Utab shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages.
• Our total liability arising out of or relating to these terms or your use of Utab will not exceed the amount you paid for the extension in the past 12 months.

• We reserve the right to update these terms at any time. Changes will be effective upon posting to this page.
• Your continued use of Utab after any changes indicates your acceptance of the updated terms.
